Diagnosis

Why should you pay for us to tell you what is wrong with your computer and how much it will cost to fix?
Standard Call Out
In Area $20 per 15 mins
($40 minimum fee)
Outside Area $50 per 30 mins
($100 mimimum fee)
We have no mileage fee, the Call Out starts once we arrive at your premises.
Emergency Call Out
In Area $25 per 15 mins
($50 minimum fee)
Outside Area $50 per 30 mins
($100 mimimum fee)
We have no mileage fee, the Call Out starts once we arrive at your premises.
Workshop
$40 per hour
($80 minimum fee)
For more complex problems we can take it back to our workshop to work on, allowing you to go back to your day.

The local area consists of Tauranga, Mount Maunganui, Papamoa and Welcome Bay.

The Incremental Fee applies for each stated period after the first hour of the Call Out.  The period of each Call Out will commence from the time we arrive at your premises.
